cant connect to myghl after new update

Any reason why I cant connect through myghl.com after this new update? I can connect to the profilux through the app and GCC when I am on the same network, but I cannot get myghl to connect

I can connect to myghl but not the ghl connect app

I have the same problem of not being able to connect to myGHL. Opened a ticket, done team viewer, the feedback was the issue must be on their server end. No resolution at this time. Hopefully you have better luck than I.

It maybe your router's traffic problem. I had similar issue few weeks ago, I could connect via the app both within my home network and outside (using VPN), but unable to connect to myGHL. I also noticed that time out was quite often when using GCC via the home wifi network. My router provided both 2.4G and 5G connection, and my P4 was connected to the 2.4G connection at that time. So I changed it to 5G connection, and it's all good now, myGHL is always on and keeps on updating, and no time out problem occurred on GCC as well.

You're right, my apologies. our RC presence has shrunk a bit... we're very active on FB and R_2_R these days, in addition email and the ticket system.
