Wavepuck issues

I am out of the blue getting an “E1” error reading on my wavepuck. I have tried rebooting, unplugging, changing settings, etc. and just can’t get this thing to clear the error. I have read (in the very little I could find) that it could either be a bad connection from the box to the wavepuck itself or that the rotor is jammed. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Check if there is a jam on the impellers by spinning it.

It won’t spin at all. I have tried letting it sit in freshwater for a couple of hours and then trying to force the impeller to move but I figured it just wasn’t supposed to spin freely. I’ll have to take it apart and see if I can’t figure out why it froze up.

Leave it in vinegar water mix to decalcified if it's calcium buildup.
