Can someone please tell me what these are and how to get rid of them? Seem to be irritating my Zoas.

IMO the pic is too blue and not very clear to make an exact I'd rather than a good guess.

Turn off blues.
Turn up whites.
Try again!
Unfortunately we aren't physically there. We can't see dimension or color as you can, and the pictures don't help. I'd agree it looks kinda like a bristle star leg. If so, its probably not bothering the zoas at all.

Ok I’ll try and get another picture when I get home. I’m not sure that they are bristles as the are all independent of each other. Look more like a worm.

So there isn't any confusion, BRITTLE Star, BRISTLE Worm
Bristle worms are typically red and look like a worm.
Brittle stars are typically brown with white stripes, and look like a starfish.
Sometimes during feeding, you will only see one leg reaching out for food.
While your pictures are very blue, and a little fuzzy, my money is on Brittle Star.
In any case, both are harmless.
