Recently bought an sca 150 drilled for shadow overflow and wanting to make sure of this before i order all the plumbing stuff. I bought a trigger 39 sapphire to use with this in which the drain inputs are 1”, so is there any use of doing anything but dropping straight out of the 1 1/2 holes in the overflow box and putting a 1” bushing in and doing the rest 1”? Or would i want to drill the sump holes up to 1 1/4 and plumb the drains like that? If 1” will suffice id probably just leave it like that, but would there be a benefit to taking it up a size?
Flow wise im not aiming for anything past 700 or something thereabouts
Thank you for the suggestions!
