The big one does NOT look like a bristle worm... The little one below it looks more like one but can't see enough of it to tell. I would definitely remove that bright red one. I've never had a fire worm so I can't say for sure, but he is different.

yes. opportunistic and predatory. will eat whatever they can. coral, invert, small fish.
