How many Kessil 160w do I need for a 75 gallon reef ready tank?? And how far off the water do they have to be? Thanks

Is this a 4 foot tank or a 3 foot tank, if it is a 4 foot tank I would do 3, aim the middle one down and the two at the ends I would angle them slightly to the middle.
