Any idea what these are? I’ve seen some posts say they are almost like GSP and how they spread. Covers a good portion of a piece of rock I picked up. Trying to determine if they are ok if kept isolated, ditch the rock or try to burn these off if they are invasive.

Have about 7-8 arms and a blue center. They seem to retract like a GSP. Tank is mostly SPS.

I have them and like them a lot. Yes, they can spread easily, but unlike many other similar polyps, every coral in my tank has easily out-competed/overgrown them. They serve as a great filler on bare rocks until corals grow in their place.
