What would be better for SPS corals to set a white, green , red LEDs for longer time with lower intensity or shorter time with higher intensity ?

I run a 12K program suggested by Reefbreeder's.
Using their lights whites are 100%, blues & violets 80%
Red & Green @ 70% for 6 hrs a day
I do ramp up & down for sunrise & sunset

Better ?? But things grow nicely

Most manufactures recommend to run blues Violets at 100% any reason reefbreeders suggest &80 % or it just 12K program that you run?

They list a few programs I like a 12K look.
I used to have a Solaris 12K.
OH how I wish they were still around.
