My initial plan was to pick up three Viparspectra LED's off Amazon for my 125, but then I saw these. They're incredibly dirt cheap, almost half the cost of the Viparspectra's. My first thought was to risk it and see if they're usable, and upgrade to the Viparspectras if it backfires. But, I figured I'd see if anyone had previously had the same idea!

only one blue 460nm spectrum....no violets.....


probably depends on what type of coral your looking to grow

Nothing too crazy, I’m thinking lps dominant to start and might mix a few sps in down the road

Ended up giving them a shot, should be in by the end of the week...I’ll try to remember to circle back and let everyone know how they are
