i have bought a Nitrite test and it is clear as 0 ppm and should i buy the Salifert Nitrate (No3) Test Kit since i have zero ppm?

You should have a nitrate test kit on hand at all times. When nitrates get high, that's a good indicator that you need to do a water change. You'll use it more than a nitrite test kit. Nitrite testing is mainly for testing during the cycling period of a tank. Once the tank is completely cycled you shouldn't have any nitrite issues.

Why do you think either kit is needed?
Are you cycling a new tank or something?
I don't know about others here but I dont know anything about you nor your tank beyond what was posted in this single thread.

sorry . i let my tank set up for 4-5 months putting fish food in in or so and i let it set while it foamed up and what not, after putting 10 gallons of water in to keep it topped up i bought the nitrite the other day and i texted it and its compleatly clear i order the other test today and hopefully it should come in sat i has some dead rocks in there when i started and the rock has been in over 5-6 months
