Anyone order their frozen food from Live Aquaria and have any feedback? I saw it looks like they are now carrying the Gamma line of frozen food.

I ordered frozen food from them, the order was well packaged and everything I ordered was there. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping price, but I understand they have to ship the food overnight so it stays frozen.

LA doesn't use dry ice. Others do, like Premium Aquatics.

I havenít purchased frozen food from them. I buy in bulk from www.jehmco.com and they also use dry ice.

Shipping is so high that I prefer to just support my LFS

That was one of my concerns as I've heard of issues with the food arriving defrosted since it's only freezer packs vs. dry ice. Maybe less of an issue in the fall/winter though.

When I ship deer meat to my daughter in NH, Fedex does not allow the use of Dry Ice. The freezer packs work well for four days of shipping since I am shipping to a colder climate. Curious to see what shipping company allows dry ice?

Jehmco uses UPS to ship their food with dry ice

If you use Jehmco you will like the Mysis for sure.
Can you get 2 or more users @ once?
Cuts the shipping substantially.
