I need one. I don't have a controller. I know zilch about controllers but I am open to info. I'd rather have a plug in and it works stand-alone calcium reactor. The ones I have had in the past broke down or needed constant attention and a stirrer (which broke down as often as the reactors) to keep the calcium going. It's a 100 gallon tank, roughly.

Help!

I have a aquamaxx calcium reactor, and I really like it.. it’s easy to set up and once it’s dialed in a don’t have to touch it.

Works with my apex ph probe, and my levels are always consistently good. I’m sure there’s better out there, but for the money, it’s hard to beat..

Only additional things needed is the Milwaukee control valve, and CO2.

I went with the 20lb tank, cause space wasn’t an issue, and I don’t like worrying about it running out. So far it’s lasted 18 months.

I certainly trust Tunze for heaters and pumps, both vital items.
