Hi there-- I recently bought a used 60 gpd ro/ultimate DI combo. It seems when the product line is done making water the waste line is still producing water. It doesnt seem the unit shuts off. Any ideas on what would cause it to do this? Thanks :)

cb747,

Does your system have an ASO Valve?

cb,

Please take a look at our FLC (Float Level Control)
FLC-10 (http://www.spectrapure.com/St_alc_p4.htm)

It will properly fill an open reservoir and shut the system off.

If you want the RO/DI to keep your sump topped-off due to evaporation, you'll want our LLC-S-115 (Liquid Level Control)
LLC-S (http://www.spectrapure.com/St_alc_p1.htm).

It is best for avoiding the "weeping" of a standard float valve when the level drops even a tiny bit many times a day.
