Check with Marind Depot...I just received a 6060 from them yesterday. I think they are also expecting another Tunze shipment real soon.

It's all supply and demand.

From reading threads in the Tunze forum, they have been unable to keep up with the demand for the stream pumps.

The stream pumps are hand assembled and individually tested before they are released to the market. Because of the overwhelming response to this new product, and due to the fact that they are not mass produced, there has been a backorder list that Tunze has been filling continually.

I know we all want our products "now" but after installing my TS-24 on my 244 gallon, I would consider the wait in lieu of the Seaswirls.

The product is simply amazing IMO.

I've written about this numerous times. We now have every pump except 6100 in stock with all dealers. I get 29 6100's next week, if you have an order in you will get one but if you don't order you will always be at the bottom of a never ending list. A couple months ago I got in 112 6100 pumps they were then in plentiful supply. Hopefully I will get more 6100's soon but the demand is very high. The pumps are hand assembled and tested twice. I have made them myself and there are about 2 man hours labor in each pump so they don't exactly fly off an assembly line with all the electronics and components. To further complicate things when a product has lierally hundreds of components running out of just one halts production and such things do happen unfortunately. Also, the 6000, 6100, 7100, 7200, 7300 and 7400 all share the same motor block and driver so I can't get them all, if the factory makes a run of one pump that is what I get and then in a few days they switch to making another run That is why I have gotten in 60 6000's in the past couple weeks but no 6100's. I think seaswirls are great so I won't knock it but if you are choosing one or the other I would get the Streams, you can limp by with some MaxiJets for the time being but yes, you will have to wait.
