Hi.

Just wondering if you can use the Comline 3110/2 skimmer in the sump (10 gal sump) if the sump is only half filled with water?

Thanks in advance.

No, a 3110 requires at least 7" of water to work and optimally 8"

Thanks for your quick answer.

I can always raise the water lever in my sump to 8" - Is there a stand for the 3110/2 so I could place it on the sump floor? If so - what is the item number.

Thanks again.

Just be sure that at 8" the sump will still hold the resulting overflow from a power or pump failure. You would not need any hardware beyond what is included with the skimmer.
