cory works in the sales department, once the order is processed, it goes to the shipping department, where the orders are pulled from the warehouse. if there was a mistake in the order, and you where shipped the wrong product, please contact cory and let him know, so p/a can ship you what you ordered. i know how the system works there, cory does not pull the orders for shipping. cory does q/a and sales. i know these guys well, they will make it right. i urge you to give them a chance, to correct the mistake, before you slam cory.
