Hi Jason,

On 8-14-01 your company shipped me an "extend wiring harness for 430 ballast" according to your invoice I received. I inspected the harness and sure enough it is for a 430 icecap as it only has 9 wires. The problem is that I ordered an extension for a 660. The invoice number is 24230. Is there any way this can be corrected?

Hi Justin,

Sorry about the mistake, looks like the website code was wrong, i'll have to get that fixed.

We'll have the correct item shipped Priority Mail asap, no charge. If you can mail the wrong one back just cheap mail i would appreciate it, just let me know what you spend on shipping and we'll reimburse you,

Yup, I dont think youll get better service, anywhere in the reef industry, than what Premium provides
