just purchased a spectraPure RO/DI. I installed it in the garage and I am a little concerned with the heat here in texas.
will I loose any performance with the unit being in a hot garage?

You're OK up to about 100 deg. F.
Performance will actually improve a bit.
Sunlight will grow algae on clear housings.
Our garages get up to 130 with a hot car inside!

if I store the unit in the house during the summer months and only put it in the garage for a couple of hours a week. when I need water be OK?
