what model of pump/s and controler do you recomend for this tank, mainly for sps.

A 6000 with single controller or a 7400/2 with single controller- either should work just fine.

would the multy controler work with only one single 6000 because i will be upgrading my tank in the near future.

Yes, you will only be able to use pulse mode which is all the single controller offers.
