can i run 4 40 watt 48 in normal output lamps on ice cap 660?

My four 48in "40w" T-12's draw about 80w each on my 660.

Use 4 X T-12 and/or T-8 NO lamps and light up the night. Refer to our VHO waterproof endcap installation instructions as it applies to NO lamps also.
