To start out, I'm going to use 5 gallon polycarbonate water jugs. I've seen these used before and they're cheap. I'd like to use a more "permanent" solution in the near future, but I'm not sure what to use.

Aquatic Eco-Systems sells these transparent fiberglass tanks (http://www.aquaticeco.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/product.detail/iid/4094). They look good, but your not getting a lot of volume for the price.

What other options are available? The only other options I can think of would be to frabricate some tanks out of 12" acrylic or clear PVC, but those options will cost major $$$$.

TIA,
Mark

All I have used for the past 2 years is empty 2L soda bottles. I have 7 or 8 going at a time so I almost always have one available to use while others are growing.
