IC 430 VHO or T5??

I currently have an IceCap 430 running 4 24inch bulbs (300W) over a 30 inch tank. Due to the size of the bulbs and the depth (12in) of the tank, I'm curious about what I could do with T5s.

How many T5 could I run off this ballast and would the intensity of the bulbs be less, equal or greater than my current VHO setup??

I'd recommend a pair of T-5 HO 6.5K GE lamps and either a T-12 URI super actinic(s) or T-5 HO Blue+ ATI(s). Use SLR's with T-5's to punch the light downward. The punch from the 6.5K T-5 lamps with a reflector exceeds the projected light from a white VHO.
