Y Adapter

Maybe someone can help me. What I am looking for is a Y adapter that I can share my Washing Machine with my RODI, the one I am looking for has a valve shut off for each side independant.

One side of the Y is for the washing machine hsoe, the other is for the 1/4 RODI connection.

Where can I find one of these.

Got mine from Home Depot, in the lawn and garden section. I know my local ACE hardware carries them as well.
