I just purchased an Osmolator and wanted to know if I needed a special bracket to mount the sensor and float to an AGA 75g tank?

Thanks
John

You can either silicon the rails to your sump or clmp them to a baffle. Or, you will need the 3000.244 sets

I ended up purchasing the 3000.244 part. I noticed that even with these parts the rail is not totally parrallel with the tank. It seems that the suction cup does not reach the glass. The kit includes an extension from the rail to the suction cup but its way too long and looks as if it is needed for a different type of tank lip.

Its not off by much maybe. Just wanted to check to make sure this was acceptable.

It is accaptable if it is minor but you can cut the tube with a hacksaw or ginsu knife to be an exact fit, just pay attention that you don't cut off the threaded end.
