Hi just a few questions for you:

Can controlled tunze powerhead model #7200 be converted into streams?

I have 6060's can I use anything built into them to help make the conversion?

If not then what is the conversion cost and time to get the appropriate parts. Or if they need to be sent off to you?

Thanks for your Time and advice...!!

It can be done if the pumps are less than 2 years old. It costs about $85 per pump and they will convert to 6000's. You need the holders, the intake/outlet screen and the drive unit and prop. All parts except the prop are the same for the 6060. DONT try to reverse it though and put the 7200 drive units in the 6060, it will ruin the motors as it takes too much power. You can convert a 6060 into a 1600/2

Can I order the necessary parts from you?

How long would it take for them to arrive?

Thanks Again

I am out of stock on these parts and presently in Germany at the factory. When I return to work on the 24th call and I will take the order. I should have stock then or soon after.

Sorry Roger I have one more question...

Is there any hallmarks or stamps on the pump that would indicate their age?

Sorry for the bother.......And Thanks Again

There is three numbers embossed in the plastic top of the pump near the clip. The numbers decode to series, quarter, year. If they are the 7200/2 with the new style drive unit (It is abslutely impossible to convert a 7200p or 7210p- old style drive unit) This last digit will be 200-. If it is an older one it will be 199- and if it is really old with a cable that looks like a phone cord it is 198-.
