I puchased 25gal per day unit last month.Ratio of dischargeis suppose to be 4 to 1.Filled 120gal holding tank in 24hrs. so I used the water anyway.Now I need more water.I was reading the book that came with it and a chart said the restrictor in it should be four inches.Not in a thinking mode,I cut the damn thing After timing it,I am getting about 170ml a minute,of the DI water.So I thought about it and the damn restictor should be longer than the 12 inch one that came with itThis was Sunday.Today I got an email from the salesman and he told me that spectraPure had to make me a restrictor70 psi and I do have the right discharge line in my tank the blue from the DI.To me it sounds like the friggin membrain is no good.What do you think?and any Idea on how to rig a restrictor so I can run this dang thing:(

:lol: Scott,I feel so stupid.I didn't think about the restrictor being in the discharge of the DI.Cutting the restrictor to two inches got me to a ratio of 4 to 1.700ml a minute to 175ml a minute.Guess I was trying to reinent the wheel:I've found out over the years that we humans always look for the worst senairio.:) :bum:
