Roger has already posted this magnet availability this summer, July or August-ish, but he might have a updated time scheme when he returns from Interzoo...? I'm sure he will post here at that time...

It is planned to be one of the first products but it is complicated to make and the dimensions are very precise so there are some issues to resolve before we can really run with the production in an efficient manner. Maybe 2 months until the first units ship.

Are you going to have a model compatible with 3/4'' acrylic?

Yes. The biggest model can hold through 3/4" glass a 6200 Stream or Bio Hydro Reactor. We don't have acrylic as it just doesn't exist outside of a few parts of the US and Canada. I see no reason however that it wouldn't work as it has soft rubber feet.

Acrylic tanks are only in the US and Canada? Really?

Yep. Never seen one in Europe or South America and they are quite rare in Texas. Unless you have earthquakes or need something huge, glass is cheaper, less easy to scratch and to my mind and the European mindset is a base material and like any base material (wood, glass, metal) is associated with quality and craftsmanship more than plastic. I know they also use acrylic in Japan but again that is an earthquake issue.

Thanks Roger, the current bracket set-up is my only gripe about my streams. Looking forward to the magnets.

Just like to add that in Australia, there are no acrylic tanks.
