6000 & 6100 on same Multi-Controller

Can I run a combo of 6000's & 6100's on the same MC? I have the opp to get one new transformer - plus I might add a third Stream for my odd-sized tank.

Absolutely, you can run any combo including the 6200, 7200/2, 7300/2, 7400/2 and with the correct adapter 2002 and 4002.

Thank you. I'd like to add the 6200 when it's available. I want the 6200 on one side, and the 6100 + 6000 on the other side.

Also, how do I preorder some magnets for the Streams? Anyone I could talk to about that? Can Kingsley order them and get first dibs?

I know this is the Tunze thread, but I'm a good customer of German products so hopefully Mr. Vitko won't mind when I say - if anyone would like to trade a 6100 transformer for a 6000, please PM me. ;-)

Don't mind at all, you might also try the for sale/trade forums. Kingsley can certainly order them and would get them as soon as anybody else.

BTW I should be getting my Tunze calcium/kalk tube thingy this week. My osmo pump worked like a champ in the think kalk slurry - but while I was in Europe I forgot to ask my tanksitter to refill my replenishment water, it went to low and the osmopulled up pure kalk powder. My ph never spiked TOO high but the kalk slurry didn't help. I lost a purple monster and some other prized corals. They weren't 100% before the kalk incident but it didn't help. Live and learn, eh?

I would think Aquarium Arts should be able to get in on the first batch if they fax me an order- 6200's should be real soon, I expect in a couple weeks. The magnets will be at least July maybe later.
