Who else isn't using green water to feed their clams? How long have you keep clams without dosing green water?
I have a 13 " Squami and a 7" maxima, niether have ever been fed the green stuff and are doing great.
I've never target fed any of my clams, and I've been keeping clams for a few years.

Is greenwater DT's ? If it is then yes I do use it but only once a week.
I don't target feed just add it to the tank.
I have excellent growth on my clams but I have no proof what so ever it is becuase of the DT's.
I also use golden pearls once a week as well.

I guess I should have also mentiionded that my very first clam is still with me and it is over 2 years old. Was under 3" when I got it and it is now a little over 5". I have a picture in my gallery if you are interested in seeing it
Thanks

Greenwater is slang for phytoplankton.
