Its always been a cool idea....and i have always considered setting up a clam tank plumbed into my sps sump for a clam fuge to reduce nitrates......

In fact there is a thread on this forum about a guy who set up a clam fuge, pretty fantistic from what I remember of the picks the guy probally had at least 1500 bucks just in the clams alone!
