What could be wrong? They are in a 10g tank shared with other macros. There is a 12" light over the tank (flourecent), which is over half the tank at an angle because I have the filter facing the long way of the tank. The gracilaria is further from the light, but I thought they would be fine since they aren't light intensive anyways, right? The gracilaria is paling.. The temp is 75-80 and no other macro is having probelms (letucce, ogo, feather, codium, and ???). The gracilaria is near the filter outtake. Could they hate the current that much? Please help before my gracilaria all die.

I have my Gracilaria under 250 Watt MH and I trim half of it every month to month and a half. If it is pale is definitively lack of lighting. You may also try some Iron supplement if the rest of the tank is free of nuisance algae.

I agree with jdieck, you need more light. I recently moved my gracilaria to the window sill and can see an improvement.
