Everyone should be aware the Tunze, and Roger in particular, provide some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I had a slight issue with my Tunze 6100. Roger was willing to contact me personally and was very helpful on the phone and thru email to help me correct the problem.

I just wanted people to be aware that not only do you get a quality product, but Tunze is willing to fully back the quality of their product and keep the customer happy. Im sold on Tunze! Thanks again Roger!:D
