All your staff answer the phone with just a Hello. Sounded like he was there just for the paycheck!

Yes, I always answer the phone with a hello and may forget to say Phishy Business. Sometimes forget which phone I am picking up. Sorry about that, it is only me that works on takeing orders, packing,returning emails, and driving to FedEx. Believe me, I am not just in it for the paycheck. I love the hobby and the business.
