I currently have a 125g tank with some SPS and hard and soft corals.

My flow rate is low (3 Maxi-Jet 1200's on a wavemaker, Rio power hang on refugium plus return pump), especially for SPS, and there are some dead spots, and thus having been reading the forums to deal with this.

After looking at this I have decided to go with the Tunze 6100.

The question is should I get 1 or the TS24 combination.

My concern is will the flow be too much for the existing corals in the tank.

Will this the 6 foot or 4 foot version tank? Also what kind sandbed do you have? BB, SSB, DSB?

6ft

Base is largely crushed coral. I added some sand a year ago but its pretty well mixed in with the crushed coral now. About 2-3 inched deep in most of the tank.

What is the dimensions of the tank?

Im guessing its 72x18x21h, since its the 6ft version. I would say go for it, if you have a nice big space in the front of your tank.

Maybe its larger than 125g. Its 72x18x24

I would get 2 6000 Streams and the controller. The tank is an in between size unfortunately and the 6000 won't carry the full length but the 6100 is probably too much.
