Just got my zoanthid nano pack from phisy business today and I just want to say , it is AMAZING!! The packing was A+--double bags with oxygen, and the package was nice and warm inside despite our cool temps today. Most of the colonies are open after only 10 minutes in the tank. All of them are real colonies(35+ polyps) except for one piece which has only a few polyps, but i was compensated for this with four different zoas in small groups instead of one big colony ( ie, I really got like 13 different kinds instead of 9, but 4 of the colonies are small). The colors are wonderful, even with my PC lighting. I got ( sorry no pics, I don't have a digital camera but I'll post pics when I have them)
neon orange frill and center
neon orange frill with yellow /black center ( kind of like cats eyes)
bright yellow-green center with bright orange frill
neon olive-green center with red/orange frill
pale peach center with reddish-brown frill
purple center with bright pink outer ring and purple frill
pale blue center with lavender outer ring and frill
neon blue-green center with reddishe frill
baby blue center with dark purple frill
green/blue swirl center with orange frilll
dark purple inside with burnt orange frill
plus two rocks that are not open all the way yet although one appears to have neon green and orange frills on the same rock.
These are some of the most beautiful zoas I've seen and at the price ( 140$ shipped) I doubt there is a better deal anywhere. Hopefully they are hardy and do well in the tank. My scooter blenny is happy with a bunch of new rocks to hunt on :) , too.
If you are looking for zoas, I highly recommend phishy business!!
