Hi, Yesterday night I ordered a bunch of stuff from you guys, In the order I also had DT's plankton, by the time the package gets where will it be ok? I heard it cant stay out of the fridge, I choose ups ground, do you think it wil be fine as long as I put it in the frigde once it arrives?

nope.....Dt's needs to be overnighted. If it is not refrigerated it will go bad.

Oh man, what should I do about this, My shipment is going through ups ground, along with 190$ worth of other items, can anyone from premium aquatics help me out.

If you ordered it late Friday (after 2:00 p.m. Eastern time), it won't ship out until Monday. Jeremey will get a hold of you on Monday I'm sure... I've never had a bad experience with PA.

Dt's need to ship 2-day or faster. Looks like you are in a 3-day ground zone. We'll go ahead and upgrade the DT's 2-day no charge. It's quite cool in the evenings here now and we use an icepack, so no problem going 2day with this product.
