Mantis ordering question (help a newbie?)

Hello everyone,
I am in the process of cycling a 3 gallon tank (for a desktop) and was looking for a mantis shrimp that would be okay in something that small. I was hoping for O. brevirostris or a N.
wennerae, but I think I could be very happy with anything that would live comfortably in a tank that small. Online ordering is no problem, but i have no idea where to go to for something other than the larger mantises. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Could I get away with putting 1 (or two) of those really small brittle stars in a 3 gallon with the mantis? I am more worried about the tank size than the mantis eating them.

I've heard about Tampa Bay Saltwater having N wennerae but apparently you need to order more than ten bucks for them to ship it. Hope this helps Renex & Ishkabibble.
