algea free magnets

i have a tigershark float magnet that i purhased from you guys a few weeks ago, and the velcro has fallen off the float portion. is this common, or did i just get one with bad glue?

Sorry to hear about the problems. I just checked our records and Algae Free did have a small bad batch of velcro.

They said you can email them direct about the problem and they'll get you fixed up.
