Help with an Octopus Tanks

I am looking to get an octopus for the tank when it is up and running. I am moving a 125 gallon tank from a friends house. It has 75 pounds of coral and 100 pounds of liverock already in it. He also has a clown fish and a coral beauty

A few questions...

A) What kind of fish, if any, can I mix with an octopus.
B) What octopus is largest, can fit comfortably in the tank, and will have the longest life span, when treated well, in your opinion.

any octopus would eat the fish but also if the fish is to big then the octo might ink because of the stress

I keep mine in another tank tied into the reefs tank sump. They will eat just about anything that's alive. I have some live rock and macro in the octo's tank. A few corals that don't require much lighting.

you could keep a cuttlefish or two, and they are very cool.

I meant skip the octopus and keep cuttlefish (also cephalopods) instead. :)

use RO water and get a bimac
vulgaris will get bigger but youll never see it they are nocturnal and very shy

what's the best temperature for bimacs? aren't they found in cooler (California) waters?

I saw that article and that's why I'm here (in this forum) I didn't know RC had a Cephalopod forum.

I think an octo might be my next project...but I'll keep reading for now.
