I'm looking to save some money and possible make this a bit easier. My original plan was Sequence Hammerhead($300) ocean motion 4 or 8 way unit(279-379). Drilled holes in tank($100) plumbing($100) I figured if I"d go w/ 2 or possible 3 tunze's and use my wavemaker this may save cost and be easier to hook up. The only downfall is I won't be getting flow from 8 direction and I will see these huge units in my tank.
Any suggestions or ideas on how this would work compared to my original idea?

You cannot use our pumps on wavemakers. If you used 2 6100's and a 7095 Multicontroller witha wavebox every inch of water would be moving, this would be a $1200 system though. Just the 2 6100's and a 7095 would be at least equal though and still $100 cheaper.

What is the wave box? I really don't want to spend $1200 anyway.
I'm assuming I can't use the tunze's with a Red Sea Wavermaster Pro either?
Not sure what to do yet....the tunze are so much less hassle, but they are a bit more difficult to hide and may not cover the entire tank. How would I postion 2 of them anway, I'm guess I"m at each end of the tank?

They have as good a chance of covering your tank as the closed loop. Each one creates a cylinder of flow measuring 7ft by 2ft by 2ft. You would place them at each end back corner and angle them towards front center.
All wavemakers are a problem, they will destroy the pumps over time.

What are the wave boxes? I can't find anything on your site?
Thanks
