I picked up 200lbs of Marshal Island Live rock yesterday at PA and WOW is this stuff nice. Every time we look at it we find some new life. Thanks for all the help & great customer service.

No more dreaming now that I got the real thing.

Glad you like the rock! We think it is without a doubt the nicest liverock that is brought into the states!

I bought MI liverock from Jason about 6 years ago. It is awesome. beautiful big pieces. Only problem now is it is covered with SPS corals.

I also have their Marshall Island LR and have hesitated in placing corals so I can still see a lot of the rock. It is beautiful and I love looking at it!

They could of used a more colorful rock But that is the typical structure (old SPS corals) and usually has several colors of coralline algae and sponge. There is not a ton of algae on the rock. The shapes are very nice and the pieces are large. It is also very light so you don't need to buy too much. I think I bought 75 pounds for my 240 gallon and that is too much after my coral growth. I would of only bought 50-60 pounds if I was starting up now.

Shazz, Sorry about the delay in replying to your question. I do have some pics that we have tried to load but like so many nubies finding a way to post them has been a problem.

That said, I will email a couple to you so you can see the real product. It's nice stuff.

Thanks Tygger for the info and link. Here's a pick of one of the pieces of Marshal Island rock sitting on the Air hockey table waiting to go into the tank.
