hey ben + staff, i checked my folk's c.c. and they saw a $21 from you guys. i didn't order or receive anything and was asserted by ben i had a full refund.

Hi Derrick,

We actually refunded you too much the first time around and needed to fix it. Please have your parents check their account and you will find that there was an extra $21 that was credited back in November/December.
