wire harness interchange with coralife?

will the wire harness from an icecap 660 work with the coralife (energy savers) electronic ballast? and vice versa.
I had heard its the same ballast (made by icecap)as an icecap 660.

I have a 'spare' coralife ballast that I want to swap with my icecap 660 without having to pull out and re-wire my endcaps.

The bad news is it is not interchangeable. It has a different connector. The good news is you can send the coralife ballast to us and we can put an Icecap molex connector on it for you.

I guess that would work. I have the coralife harness too, so I guess that would also need the modified connector to have maxium swap-ability.

you ever thought of putting a switch on the icecap 660 like the coralife? or maybe you do already as I bought my 660, 6 years ago.

We added for ES as they requested it but the on/off switch would be a UL hurdle for us that's hard to justify.
The new ballast boxes (see my gallery) we have for MH ballasts (any size) have switches on them and we may look to make a similar heatsink / ballast box with a switch for VHO ballasts, if they sell well for MH applications.
