AC 400W se Bulbs Ballast

How do the AC 400 W se 14k bulbs work out with PFO HQI ballasts?
Any differences of blue color or length of bulb life with these overdrive type ballasts?

You will get more light output when using them on the "HQI" ballast, and a more white light. I'm sure you would expect a loss in your spikes a little earlier when running it at a higher wattage, but you would probably still be able to get 10 months or so out of it. If you are running any 400W SE bulb with a magnetic ballast I would recommend using the HQI every single time.
