Density Man, we have a mantis in common

Hello, over the past week Ive gotten an id on my new mantis from Dr.Roy, it's a G.Smithii....okay so thats great but what else is interesting is that mine also have the red inter-segmental bands, which according to Dr.Roy he has only seen a very few number of times out of the thousands he has collected over the years. Anyway just thought this was a cool little mantis thing to post about. Oh one other thing, up to yesterday I was under the impression Schmittty (The G.Smithii) was an abnormally aggressive mantis for his species (I had not seen that many threat poses in my previous G.Chiragras) but now..oh yes now I know it is all a bluff. Next time I feed here in an hour or so while Im hooking the tubastrea's up with some mysis Im going to offer him some....and when he threat poses I will simply flex my guns and point at the computer screen where I got the info on his "threat poses" and the battle of wills will be won!
