250 DE, new version?

I was wondering which 250W ballast version is the "new" version that can run DE bulbs without the flicker issue. My model # is 250-MH, serial # 1C04186, date: 040204. Also, when will the DE icecap bulbs and pendants be available in online stores?

The 250 / 400 DE MH Pendant can be found:

I believe they carry the bulbs also but haven't had time to put them on their site yet. If you don't have success there, call IceCap @ 800-742-3227 ext. 22 for a retailer or internet store you can call.
