icecap 660 not working

hi, i bought a used 660 ballast date on back says it was made in 2002. the fuse was burnt so i changed it before connecting it. then i connected it and as soon as i pluged it in the fuse burnt instantly. is there anything that can be done to fix the ballast. thank you in advance for your reply.

Send it in to us and we will take a look at it. There is a short in the ballast causing the fuse to blow. Sometimes the hazards of buying a used ballast. We should be able to repair it for you.
