Hi,
The top image is that of an anemone. I would need more images and some idea where it was from to try to identify it better.
As for the coral identifications, Eric is the best person to ask on those, so you should post your questions about corals in the "Coral Forum."

Hi,
It is not Actinodiscus. I have some other anemones to do some research on - to find identifications - I will add yours to the list and get back to you.
Thanks for everything and looking forward hearing from you again.

Hi,
Sorry, no....
They don't really look like your anemones; the tentacle arrangement and placing is different, the column is different, and the oral disc coloration is different.
Additionally, those anemones could be found in your tank and do well only if the temperature of the water was no more than 15 C. Those are cold-water sea anemones found iin the NE Pacific and neither will be found in the aquarium trade or survive in reef tanks.
Ok.
Then i have to wait for yor research.
Hi, again
Now i have 2 of this speices se has splits up

Hi
I hope to get to doing some of this anemone research within a week or so, but in the interim, watch your animals. Any anemone that frequently split have the potential for becoming real pests.
Hi,
Do yoy have any news of the research ?
