I received my first order from you and just wanted to say thanks. Packaging was great and I love the freebie! One of the SPS frags didn't make it and that was disappointing being one of the main frags i wanted out of this order. But overall i am satisfied. Thanks again

Whit was the problem with the one that don't mike it

It was brownish-red when i took it out of the box, after acclimating it for a few hrs it RTN'd before i could get it out of the bag. Chad is replacing it with my next order, which should be soon!!
