Made an order from reefscience Mon of this week for some extra Kaleini rock I needed. Chad was very informative and bent over to help me get what I needed. I have to admit I socked him with many emails about it first and he replied quickly to every one. I mentioned I would like it by the weekend if possible and got an email this Wed that it was arriving tonight at RDU airport. That was a much faster order delivery time than we expected
Picked it up and the rock was better than expected. Great colors and much life on the rock. I had ordered some earlier from another place and this rock was even nicer.
Just wanted to say thanks for the GREAT customer service and the quick order/delivery of a product that I needed.
